1. Call customer service within 10 days from the date you received your Pure Air at 866-660-0086 or fill out our online form to get a return authorization label.
2. Repackage your unit in its original Pure Air box.
3. Ship the product back to us via FedEx or UPS (You cover the cost of shipping).
4. Your full refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks once we receive the unit.
